Plug Technologies’ fill kits are recommended for all plugs and allow users to inflate and deflate plugs outside of the danger zone. The 445 Series Fill Kits include a removable gauge. The retrieval rope allows the user to lift and lower our complete line of plugs in and out of the manhole. The gauge tree allows the user to quickly and safely inflate and deflate pipe plugs from outside of the danger zone. The glycerin filled gauges are protected by our rubber Gauge Guardian™.

Good Option: The 430 Series Standard Fill Kits with ¼” ID PVC hose are recommended for plugs up to 18” in diameter and allow users to inflate and deflate plugs outside of the danger zone. The retrieval rope allows the user to lift and lower the medium to small plugs in and out of the manhole. The gauge tree allows the user to quickly and safely inflate and deflate pipe plugs from outside of the danger zone. The glycerin filled gauges are protected by with a natural rubber Gauge Guardian™.

450 and 455 Series Max-HD (3/8” ID Hydraulic Hose) Fill Kit (rope/hose) retrieval rope with gauge

Best Option: The 450 and 455 Series Max-HD Fill Kits (3/8”hydraulic hose) are some of the hardest-working pieces of equipment at your construction site. The Max-HD hoses are Plug Technologies most durable hoses and come standard with a bend restrictor, preventing the hose from bending at the fitting, making them longer lasting, and less likely to wear out at the fittings.
